NMAT is one of the many MBA entrance exams conducted by NMIMS and is useful for getting admissions to many other B-schools. NMAT is a very student-friendly exam. There are multiple entrances, and every year students decide to appear for more than one exam.
If you are going to be taking the NMAT entrance, here is what you need to know :
NMAT official notifications are released between June to September. It offers you flexible dates to appear for the exam within a 75 days time window. You can appear for the NMAT exam between November to January. The registration begins in September, there is also a late registration option, but it is better if you register yourselves in the first round to avoid extra charges. After registration, you proceed towards selecting the exam date of your choice. The results of the exam are released by the end of March.
If you have a bachelor's degree or are in the final year, you can appear for the NMAT exam. You need to apply for the exam on the NMIMS website and the NMAT official website both. The registration and the payment process is all online. You can schedule the dates according to your choices, although it is advised to keep a minimum gap of 2 weeks between different entrance exams. The admit card for the exam is available on the website 48 hours, scheduling your exam. Do not forget to carry a Photo ID, signature ID, and confirmation letter of the exam slot and the admit card; keep a photocopy for back up. You can retake the exam thrice.
